Packman: "Paste" function does not work in Project Settings -> Packager Manager window
Steps to reproduce:
- Open or create a project
- Go to "Window" ->"Package Manager"
- Click the kebab menu in the window toolbar and select "Project Settings"
- In the "Scoped Registries" section enter "Name" data
- Select the entered name and select a "Copy" function from the right mouse click menu
- Go to the "Scope(s)" field and from the same right-click menu list select "Paste"
Expected result: Copied data should be pasted as a user receives this menu and it should work.
Actual result: Nothing happens. Added video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b2.
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.6f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2021.3.29f1.
