Package titles in the Package Manager window get wrapped when there is still plenty of space left for the text
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity Project
2. Open Package Manager window
3. Select a package with a longer title and attempt to resize the Package Manager window
Expected result: the title doesn't get wrapped while there is still space left for the text
Actual result: the title gets wrapped even though there is still plenty of space left for the text
Reproducible with: 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a9
Notes:
Titles cut off and don't get wrapped at all in 2018.1 versions of Unity
