Package Manager values in the inspector are displayed in uneditable text boxes
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Window -> Package manager
3. Select any package and observe the inspector window
Expected result: Name, Display Name, Version, Category and Description are not in text fields
Actual results: Name, Display Name, Version, Category and Description are in uneditable text fields
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
