Package Manager UI - Web Link style is inconsistent with the rest of the editor
The style of the links used in the Package Manager UI is inconsistent with the style used throughout the rest of the editor.
Found in package version 1.9.8. This is not a regression.
1. Open the attached project in Unity 2018.2+
2. Open the Package Manager UI window
3. Select any package
4. Look at the style of the web links used in the Detail View
5. Compare the style to the web links used elsewhere in the editor e.g. "Learn about Unity Cloud Build" in Build Settings
