How we can reproduce
- Open 2018.2.0f2
- Open Window > Package Manager
Notice issue >> Post processing, Burst, Shadergraph, All the Render Pipelines and Vector Graphics have little to no descriptions.
I'm pretty sure this was bugged in 2018.1.
