Package Manager flickers and changes menu when in playmode
Entering playmode cause Package Manager to refresh and changes to In Project tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create new project (2018.2.0b5)
- Open the Package manager (Make sure it's undocked)
- Switch to All tab.
- Play the empty scene.
Notice issue >> The Package Manager screen flickers. The tab changes from All to the In Project.
If you retest this in the In Project Menu, the flicker still happens.
Appears in: 2018.2.0b5, 2018.1.0f2 (same issue without the flicker)
