"Package cache invalidated and rebuilt" warning when Reimporting All
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "1287305.zip" or create a new one
2. In Project window -> Right Click -> Reimport all
Expected result: No warnings are observed
Actual result: Warning and list of package files in console ("The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered")
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b10, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1 (other types of warnings), 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a7

I've just upgraded to Unity 2021.1.1f1 HDRP
getting message with terrain - is this related?The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered:
Packages/com.unity.terrain-tools/Editor/TerrainToolbox/Materials/TerrainVisualization.matwhich is also with this warning>>>
