Outline effect component color animation doesn't function
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Lock Inspector on Text game object
4. Press play
5. Move cursor over Button and press it
6. Notice that Outline Effect Color changes in Inspector, but not in game view
