"Other settings" under "lighting window" remains same for the additive scene
On editing, multiple scenes in hierarchy window, changing other settings in lighting window, applies to all the scenes and not just the active one. When lighting settings are updated it should apply only to the currently active scene.
Steps to Repro:
1. Open an attached project or create a new project
2. Project window > right click
3. Create > scene
4. Drag and drop scene in the inspector window
5. Inspector window > right click on the created scene name
6. Set as active
7. Window > rendering > lighting settings
8. Lighting window change other settings
9. Set "Sample Scene" as active and check lighting settings
Expected Result:
1. Switching to another scene should switch the lighting values set for that scene
Actual Result:
1. Other settings remain same for both the scenes
2. Environment, Real-time, Mixed, Lightmapping settings can be changed independently for both the scenes
3. Other settings can be changed independently if the scenes are not additive
4. Also, the debug settings remain same in both the cases
