[OSX] Services Tab, Asset Store Tab and Collab History Tab remain blank (won't load) when docked
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Open Services Tab
Result: Services Tab is blank
Workaround: Tab is not blank if it's in free-floating mode
Reproduced with: 5.5.0b10
Not reproduced with: 5.5.0b9, 5.5.0b8, 5.4.2f2, 5.3.6p5
Note: The same behavior is found with Asset Store Tab and Collab History Tab.
Not reproducible on Windows.

This problem DOES reproduce on 5.4.2f2 with the same workaround available.
By the way, how do we navigate to the issue which this issue is duplicate of?
