ProjectVersion.txt does not update in 5.5
How to reproduce:
1. Create empty project in 5.5.0b1
2. Save scene and exit editor.
3. Open saved project in 5.5.0b2. (Warning about versions is shown which is expected).
4. Save scene and exit editor.
5. Open saved project again in 5.5.0b2 (Warning shown again)
Reproduced on: 5.5.0a6 -> 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b1 -> 5.5.0b2, 5.5.0b6 -> 5.5.0b8, 5.5.0b6 -> 5.5.0b11
Not reproduced on: 5.3.6p3 -> 5.3.6p4, 5.4.0f2 -> 5.4.0f3
Workaround: ProjectVersion.txt can be edited by hand to match the version.
