[OSX] GUI errors thrown on switchign SDK

-e: see title, function continues as normal though
--no errors thrown on Windows editor

-repro:
--install osx editor with facebook support
--create new project
--switch to FB platform
--open player settings > publisher settings
--switch SDK
--NOTICE 3 errors being thrown

EndLayoutGroup: BeginLayoutGroup must be called first.
