[OSX] Fatal Error when importing a project with invalid package dependencies and pressing retry in Package Manager Error dialog
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached "package-cocktail.zip" Unity project
2. Press "Retry" in the Unity Package Manager Error dialog
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Fatal Error on pressing Retry:
Fatal Error!
GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager 'NavMeshProjectSettings' is NULL (table index 13)
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a10, 2021.2.0b13, 2021.2.0a18
Didn't reproduce with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.1.21f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2019.4.30f1
Reproduced on macOS 11.6
