OSX Cmd+Tab not working
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project and save a scene
- go to Build Settings > Player Settings
- change the Mac Fullscreen mode and set it to Fullscreen window
- build the scene and run it in full screen
- try to cmd + tab and notice it doesn't work
*Note:
Cmd + tab works with Fullscreen Window with Dock and Menu Bar but it's not a desirable case for the user.

I know this was fixed in 5.2, but v5.1.5f1 came out in 2016 almost a year after it, and it's still not working.

Happens in 5.3.5f1 too. Are we supposed to add comments when a bug isn't fixed or create a new issue anyway?
