Organisation does not show up in the Add project from repository Organisation dropdown
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on profile icon and select “Manage organisations”
3. Add new Organisation
4. Go back to Unity Hub and click on Add > Add from repository
5. Click on Organisation dropdown and observe
Actual result: Newly created organisation is not visible in the dropdown
Expected result: Newly created organisation is visible in the dropdown
Reproducible with: 3.14.2
Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
Note: Organisation is visible in Project creation window

Resolution Note:
This is as designed. The "Add from UVCS" flow shows all of a user's repositories, and the organization & projects are filters for this list. If the newly created organization does not have a project and repository, it is expected that the organization does not appear here.
