Optimal Animation compression distorts animation curves under default settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Inspect the animation curves in Animation window
Expected result: animation curve is relatively straight
Actual result: animation curve is heavily distorted
Reproduced on 5.5.0b9, 5.5.3p4 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b8
Not reproduced on 5.4.5p1
