[OpenXR] Audio stops playing after exiting Oculus link and subsequent Play Modes do not play Audio
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "Unity Audio Bug Test.zip"
2. Connect Quest 2 with Oculus Link/Air
3. Make sure the default Audio Device is not Oculus Audio Device
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe Audio playing
6. Exit the Oculus App
7. Observe the Audio stopping while still in Play Mode
8. Enter Play Mode again now with Oculus link disabled, observe no audio
Expected results: Audio still plays after exiting Oculus link
Actual results: Audio stops playing after exiting Oculus link and subsequent Play Modes do not play Audio
Reproducible with: OpenXR 1.8.2 (2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 2H22
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Not possible to test on macOS due to Oculus Link not being supported
Notes:
-Issue does not reproduce with the OculusXR plugin
-When using OculusXR plugin the Oculus app restarts on it's own when exiting it while still in Play Mode, this is not the case for OpenXR
