[OpenVR] Splashscreen flickers, becomes world locked and stutters before loading first scene
1) downlaod attached project
2) Setup CV1 or Vive
3) Ensure OpenVR is preffered sdk
4) Ensure the splash screen is enabled.
5) Build and run the player
6) Move head around until the first scene loads
7) Observe splash screen follows head orientation
8) Observe the splashs screen image stutter and flicker right before loading the first scene. This is the bug.
