Opening the three dots "..." menu in a wide Hub window creates an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar when the window is resized
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Resize the window to make it wider
3. Open the three dots “…” menu on any project
4. Click anywhere to close the three dots “…” menu
5. Resize the window to make it smaller
6. Observe the result
Expected result: No horizontal scrollbar is created
Actual result: A horizontal scrollbar is created, and scrolling it to the right leads to a blank section
Reproducible in: 3.9.0, 3.9.1-beta.1
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 14.6.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Opening the three dots “…” menu again removes the horizontal scrollbar until the window is resized again
