Scene crashes when opening due to "multiple Transform component" error
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open project
2. Open/reopen scene or play it
3. Crash
5.5.0a6, 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b2 does not crash but throws errors:
GameObject has multiple Transform components! Merged into single one.
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()
Reproduced on versions: Unity 5.3.6p4, 5.4.1f1
Did not reproduce: Unity 5.5.0a6, 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b2
Could not open scene: 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0f3
