Opening a dropdown on a small screen results in its instant closing when mouse cursor is pressed where the dropdown is going to be opened
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Set up the UI Toolkit so you have a dropdown with several options in the Play Mode
3. Set the "Free Aspect" in the Play Mode and enter it
4. Minimize the Play Mode window so only the dropdown is seen
5. Open the dropdown
Expected results: The dropdown can be opened and options can be scrolled
Actual results: On opening the dropdown closes at once because the opening click is registered as a selection click as well
Reproducible with: 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a6
Can't test with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1 (The dropdown is opened outside of the window)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (Arm)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
