[OpenGL2] Unity Editor freezes when import a fbx without Normals
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go PlayerSettings, and set Graphics API to OpenGL2
3. Select "Roller Ball.fbx" and check model's import settings
4. Set Normals to None and Apply
5. Unity Editor will freeze
