OpenGL ES3 performance is worse than OpenGL ES2
To reproduce:
1. Build Angry bots to iOS with OpenGL ES2
2. Build Angry bots to iOS with OpenGL ES3
3. Run and compare performance
Especially noticeable when fighting few bots or with explosions.
Reason seemed to be Device.Present spikes (up to 25ms) on gles3.
