[OpenGL] Alpha channel loss in .dds Textures when viewing them with OpenGL selected as Graphics API
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The textures display the alpha value correctly
Actual result: The textures do not display the alpha value and the background are black
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04 (user)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
