"Open Documentation" button at ProBuilder's Smooth Group Editor opens 404 Page at GitHub
To reproduce:
1. Download attached "19.3 Packages.zip" project and open in Unity
2. Press Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder window
3. Press "Smoothing" button to open Smooth Group Editor
4. Press "?" button in the Smooth Group Editor window to show Help panel
5. Press "Open Documentation" button
Expected results: After the button is clicked, Unity opens Probuilder Documentation
Actual results: After the button is clicked, Unity opens 404 page
Notes:
- This issue happens on both Windows and macOS
