OnMouseUpAsButton function is not called when stacked Camera is enabled with a separate Culling Mask Layer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Click on the "Paint 5G Bucket" GameObject (The big bucket)
4. Inspect the Console Window
Expected result: A message is logged
Actual result: OnMouseUpAsButton function is not called when stacked Camera is enabled with a separate Culling Mask Layer
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2 (8.2.0, 10.0.0-preview.26)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.27f1 (Camera Stack not available in 4.10.0-preview)
