OnMouseEnter/OnMouseExit with external mouse gets called only when mouse button is down (clicked)
Reproduction steps:
1) Open "822685_OnMouseEnterExit.zip" project
2) Build and run "repro" scene
3) Using USB OTG adapter connect mouse to the device
4) Try to place cursor on the cube / away form cube (with mouse not being clicked)
Expected result:
Cube should change color when mouse is entering/exiting cube (green when entered, red when left)
Note: mouse should not be clicked
Actual result:
Cube color does not change until mouse is pressed and pointed on cube/away from cube
