Only one Shader is saved in the ShaderVariantCollection when saving Shader Variants into an Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings
3. Select the Graphics section in the Project Settings
4. Press "Save to asset.." in the Graphics Settings
5. Save the Asset with any name
6. Select the created Asset in the Project window
7. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: 9 Shaders are displayed in the Inspector window
Actual result: Only 1 Shader is displayed in the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.8f1, 2019.4.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a7
