Only 2 UV components per channel are accessible in shader when mesh is rendered by CanvasRenderer
How to reproduce:
1. Open 'SampleScene' from "CanvasRendererUV.zip"
2. Start Play Mode
3. Inspect the color of both quads
Expected result: Both quads are transparent gray
Actual result: CanvasRenderer quad is solid dark yellow
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Note: Z component is always 0, W component is always 1
