OnBeforeSerialize is called at a wrong time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Serialize819970.zip" project
2. Click on the "Assets/Resources/test" asset
3. Observe that it has 5 elements in the list
4. Enter the Play Mode
Expected Behaviour: Nothing's changed
Actual Behaviour: Some list elements are gone and you can see an error log from OnBeforeSerialize method
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10
Note: I could not reproduce the issue in 2020.2. The issue reproduces only the first time you open the Project. To reproduce the issue again - reimport all is required.
