[Oculus Quest][Oculus Go] Using Single Pass results in a black screen with OpenGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERRORs when launching the app
Repro steps:
1. Open initial attached project "Water"
2. Build and run on Oculus Quest/Go
Actual: Black screen appears after launching the application on the headset with "OpenGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERROR: GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION: Framebuffer is not complete or incompatible with command" errors
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b1
Notes:
- The issue doesn't reproduce with Multi Pass
