Obsolete API upgrade error does not disappear if script containing obsolete code is not available anymore
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a script which uses obsolete code in 5.0.0 or import ImageEffects standart package from earlier major version
2. Open that project in 5.0.0
3. Make sure "You have some scripts and/or assemblies that use old obsolete API, that Unity can try to upgrade to the new API for you. Double-click if you want!" is shown in Console
3. Delete all scripts
4. The error message does not disappear. Restart Unity to make it disappear
