Objects with rect transform cannot be dragged around
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Try to drag "drag able" and "not drag able" objects
Expected result: you can drag both of them
Actual result: you can only drag the object which has "Transform" on it. While "Rect Transform" object is undragable.
