Objects that are visible by the Camera are not rendered while using Occlusion Culling
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open OcclusionTest Scene
Reproducible with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
Actual results: Occlusion hides the objects that are seen by the camera
Expected results: Occlusion Culling should only disable rendering of objects when they are not currently seen by the camera because they are obscured (occluded) by other objects.
