Regression
No
Object's RectTransform with ContentSizeFitter isn't scaled when UI elements are enabled/disabled via a Toggle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("Case_1120687 Scrollview.zip")
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In the Game View click Toggle to disable the bottom two images
4. Observe the "Canvas" -> "Scroll View NOT OK" -> "Viewport" -> "Content" RectTransform and the Slider in the Game View
Expected result: The slider is no longer visible and the RectTransform's Heigh is lowered
Actual result: The slider is still visible and the RectTransform's Heigh is the same (245.96)
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.1.0b1, 2018.3.3f1, 2017.4.19f1
Note: Manually disabling/enabling the Image objects scales the RectTransform and the slider properly
