Objects are not culled when "ScriptableCullingParameters.cullingMatrix" is modified
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-97629” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
5. Exit the Play Mode
6. Select the “Main Camera” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
7. Disable the “TestCameraCullingMatrix” component in the Inspector window
8. Enter the Play Mode
9. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Spheres that are outside 2x2x2 matrix, are not rendered
Actual result: All spheres are rendered
Reproducible with: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
