Objects are invisible in Scene view when using Wireframe Shading Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. Create any 3D Object in the Scene
3. Deselect the created GameObject
4. Switch to Wireframe Shading Mode
Expected result: the created GameObject is visible
Actual result: the created GameObject is not visible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.4f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16
Fixed in: 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a5
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel)
Notes: does not reproduce with built-in or HDRP

not only android vulkan editor, but also windows vulkan editor.

This problem still exists with 2021.3.32f1 URP Android Vulkan Editor.
