Object flickers to different positions when moving object while Timeline is recording
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached
2. In Hierarchy window, select Image game object
3. In Timeline window, press record button
4. In Scene window, drag the Image object around
Expected: object is dragged accordingly
Actual: object is flickering to different locations while being dragged (see .gif attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0f3
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
