[Oasis] Unity apps fail to pass WACK on General metadata correctness test
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project OR open any Unity project
2. Make sure to switch build settings to UWP and enable VR supported in player settings
3. Build project for UWP
4. Open VS solution
5. Create app packages (x86 Master)
6. Run WACK test (or only for Windows Runtime metadata validation/General metadata correctness)
Expected behavior: Created app packages pass WACK test
Actual behavior: Created app packages fail to pass WACK on General metadata correctness
Reproducible with: 5.6.0f3-MRTP3, 5.6.0f3-MRTP6
Not reproducible with: 5.6.0f3
