[WP8.1] Numpad, PhoneNumber and other custom keyboards are not working in WP8.1
Steps to repro:
1. Build the scene "scene" to WP8.1
2. Run it and observe that Numpad, PhoneNumber and other custom keyboards are not working properly (they are simply not shown, the default one is opened instead)
