NullReferenceException is thrown when Selecting a TextMesh Pro prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the SampleScene Scene in the attached "1213155.zip" project
2. In the Project window select the "Text (TMP)" prefab
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: There are no exceptions thrown
Actual result: "NullReferenceException" is thrown
Reproducible with: TextMeshPro 2.1.0-preview.1 (2019.1.14f, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a14), (TextMeshPro 3.0.0-preview.1, 3.0.0-preview.3) (2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.0a21)
Not reproducible with: TextMesh Pro 1.2.2 (2017.4.36f1), TextMeshPro 1.4.1 (2018.4.15f1), TextMeshPro 2.0.1 (2019.1.14f, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a14)
Could not test with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.0a21 (TextMeshPro 2.0.1 is not available in the Package Manager)
Notes:
-This is reproducible when the TMP Essentials are not imported
-TextMeshPro 1.2.2 for 2017.4.36f1 was downloaded from the Asset Store
