NullReferenceException is thrown when removing UIToolkit button from the Hierarchy after removing it's sibling
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "Scene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press the "Click me!" button
5. Press the "Retry." button
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual result: NullReferenceException and ArgumentException errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.0b5
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.27f1), 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0a11, 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1 - UI Toolkit package unavailable
