NullReferenceException is thrown when EnumField is added to the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("pr1.zip")
2. Select GameObject object
Expected result: EnumField is in the Inspector window
Actual result: Object throws NullReferenceException error
Reproducible with: 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.1.0a10 (CreateInspectorGUI override errors)
