"NullReferenceException" is thrown when creating a Node from the Output of another Node
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-57478.zip"
2. Open Assets/New Shader Graph.shadergraph
3. Create an Integer Node in the "New Shader Graph" window
4. Drag the output of the "Integer" Node to an empty space in the Shader Graph
5. Select any Node from the Create Node menu
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: "NullReferenceException" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2023.3.0a10, 2023.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
