NullReferenceException error is shown when resizing the audio or animation clip in the Timeline
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by user (TimelineWaveForms.zip)
2. Select any Timeline asset in Project browser that contains an audio or animation track
3. In Timeline editor, resize the track by dragging the clip
4. Observe the console
Expected: resizing the clip does not throw any errors
Reproduced in 2017.1.0b6, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.1.b09, 2017.2.0a3
