Nullables of nested struct inside generic class cause internal error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open console
3. Notice "* Assertion at ..\mono\metadata\class.c:1727, condition `class->image->dynamic || field->offset > 0' not met" error
4. Open Test.cs
5. In line 3, make "brokenNullable" non Nullable
