[Mobile Notifications] [Android] Tapping a notification doesn't do anything if non-default activity is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and Run the user-attached project
2. Suspend the app (put it into the background)
3. Wait 10 seconds. A local notification appears.
4. Tap the notification.
Expected result: the app activates.
Actual result: nothing happens.
Reproduced in: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
