Not Saving Modified Scene When Exiting Runtime
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Create a new Empty GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Exit the Editor by either pressing Cmd + Q shortcut or Unity > Quit from the Menu Bar
Expected result: A pop-up prompting to save the modified scene appears
Actual result: The Editor instantly shuts down
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.3.42f1, 6000.0.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.2.0a12
