No way to get to the end of the input field's line with touch on WP8 and WSA
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the scene for WP 8.1 or Universal App
3. Enter some text
4. Go back to the beggining of the text
5. Try to to touch the end of the text
6. The caret stays at the beggining of the text or the text highlights
Expected: The caret should move to the end of the text
