No visual override is shown in the Inspector when removing an event from the Button Component's OnClick event list
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "EventPrefabBug.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Button" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Remove the OnClick event by pressing the minus sign in the Inspector window
5. Observe the OnClick event in the Button Component
Expected result: OnClick event list is highlighted when removing an event on a Prefab
Actual result: OnClick event list is not highlighted when removing an event on a Prefab
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
